Terms of Use

01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gamio ("we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Purge Protocol mobile application, as well as any associated websites or server services.

If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the game and must discontinue use immediately.

02. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to play Purge Protocol. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to play the game and accept these Terms.

03. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and play Purge Protocol on authorized mobile devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

You acknowledge that no ownership rights in the game are being transferred to you under this license.

Third-Party Terms: The game integrates third-party services, software, and platforms (including but not limited to Google Play Services, Google AdMob, and AppLovin). Your use of these integrated third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Specifically, the advertising services provided by AppLovin are subject to the AppLovin Terms of Use (available at https://legal.applovin.com/terms/) and Policies for Publishers.

04. User Conduct & Restrictions

To keep matchmaking and leaderboard statistics fair and secure, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the game state or influence gameplay.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for competitive advantage.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract code or assets from the application.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to overload our server infrastructure or communication APIs.
• Harassing, abusing, or exhibiting toxic behavior toward other players in leaderboard rankings or community forums.

05. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Purge Protocol may include in-game currencies (e.g., coins) or virtual goods that can be acquired through gameplay or purchased with real-world money via authorized payment processors (such as Google Play Billing).

• Virtual items and currencies have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are licensed to you on a limited, revocable basis.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the platform policies of the app store.
• We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or goods at our discretion without liability.

06. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Purge Protocol—including but not limited to the source code, game client, server code, databases, artwork, visual designs, sound effects, music, characters, character designs, logos, and trademarks—are owned exclusively by Gamio and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

07. Account & Service Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the game and block or restrict your access if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in cheating, or disrupted server services.

You may also request the deletion of your account and game data at any time via our Account Deletion Portal.

Notice: Virtual items, purchases, and game progress may be permanently lost when an account is deleted.

08. Disclaimers of Warranties

Purge Protocol is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the game or server sync features will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

09. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the game or server connection.
